Your first session starts with a deep intake — your body, your life, your story. From there I design your practice. Nothing standard. Everything yours.

Because real transformation doesn’t happen on the go. It needs time to settle, to breathe, to go deep. And if something needs more space, we give it more space. This is about you, not the clock.

A few things people ask

Do I need yoga experience?

No. Yoga therapy is not about poses or flexibility. It’s about reconnecting with your body and nervous system. Complete beginners are very welcome.

Can I start with one session before committing?

Absolutely. The single session is a beautiful way to experience the work and feel into whether a deeper journey is right for you.

What if 4 sessions isn’t enough?

The journey doesn’t have to end there. We can explore what feels right after working together.

What languages do you work in?

Sessions are available in both English and German — whichever feels most natural for you.
